Glen Orrin Field Trip - May 22nd 2016

It was a wet miserable morning as we waited in the car park at Glen Orrin, however two people turned up for the outing. Fortunately showers and sunshine gradually took over as we made for the hill.

Speckled Woods and Orange-tips were about as we walked along the river bank.

Despite the poor weather we managed to count eight Pearl-bordered Fritillaries plus some nice day flying moths like Speckled Yellow and Small Purple-barred.
